Been talking to a lot of folks lately who are scaling…

…and stressing because they’re upside down on their cash flow.

Just so you know, this is a normal part of growth.

As you get bigger, teams and staff get paid before the owner. Sometimes you invest in a team bigger than you need.

Then there are ads and sales people to feed too.

It can be very stressful when you’re in the middle of a giant leap of faith.

There are usually only 2 ways out of it.

1. Sell your way out of the problem.

2. Find cash in resources you and your clients already have.

Don’t sleep on 2. It’s usually easier and faster.
