“I need a really good operations manager before I can let go.”
Resources are everywhere and abundant.
Especially for those who know how to make irresistible offers to get them. It’s not timing either.
There is never a perfect time to do it.
“The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago.
The next best time is today.” What stops people is the decisionto do it.
Decide first.
The means come second.
It’s almost never the other way around.
Then committo see a decision through.
Don’t try it and “see what happens”.
Do it. For real.
With commitment.

Decide to do it and commit to the actions required.
The means to fulfill our decisions come afterthe decision.
You may wait forever for the right winds of fortune.
But you can start building the sail now.
Lotsa folks are waiting for the means to show up to then decide.
That’s doing it backwards.
