For example, imagine 2 dentists, both with cash flow problems.
One needs cash to be able to pay his hygienist.
The other has 12 locations and a staff of 150.
3 locations are dragging ass and he needs to get them cash flow positive so dozens of people don’t get laid off.
Same service. Same deliverables.
Dentist 2 will pay you far more money.
Why? It’s a bigger problem.
Moral of the story?
It’s not always what you do. It’s who you do it for.
Find big problems to solve.
