Solve bigger problems to get paid bigger amounts.

For example, imagine 2 dentists, both with cash flow problems.

One needs cash to be able to pay his hygienist.

The other has 12 locations and a staff of 150.

3 locations are dragging ass and he needs to get them cash flow positive so dozens of people don’t get laid off.

Same service. Same deliverables.

Dentist 2 will pay you far more money.

Why? It’s a bigger problem.

Moral of the story?

It’s not always what you do. It’s who you do it for.

Find big problems to solve.
