Most “sales” problems are really offer problems.

It’s why Apple “salespeople” have no training or no closing skills…

…and they still sell a shit ton of phones.

Or why McDonald’s can sell their offer on a sign…

…and not depend on a pimply-faced teenager knowing the Ben Franklin close and tie down technique.

This means most sales breakthroughs don’t happen with more techniques, fancy closes, or objection handling scripts.

They don’t get better by adding “or we’ll pay you $1000” either.

They get better by improving the “here’s what you get”.

Fix that and you can sell stuff even without calls…

using videos, Google docs, or basic chat conversations.
