By far, the biggest change from 6 figures to 7 figures is systems.
If you’ve never read The E-Myth by Michael Gerber, it will be an eye-opener.
One of my old mentors used to joke…
“My staff used to joke that I had a process for going to the bathroom.”
This is why people buy franchises.
They want repeatable systems for marketing, sales, hiring, fulfillment, onboarding, etc.
In a 6-figure agency, everything usually relies on the owner and their expertise.
In a 7-figure agency, they’ve learned to clone how they get results with their systems.
