Beyond Agency Profits — Program Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any product, course, book, coaching program, mastermind, subscription, live event, or service offered by Beyond Agency Profits (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Services Covered
These terms apply to all offerings including:
• Digital courses
• Books (digital or physical)
• Coaching programs
• Mastermind memberships
• Subscriptions
• Templates, tools, GPT tools, and downloadable resources
• Live events or workshops
• Done-With-You implementation assistance
2. Access & Delivery
Course & Digital Product Access
• Course and digital product access is granted immediately after purchase.
• Buyers receive lifetime access to the purchased product version.
• Lifetime access refers to the lifetime availability of the product within our business ecosystem.
• We may update or improve materials at any time.
Mastermind & Coaching Access
• Onboarding typically begins within 24 hours of enrollment.
• Members receive access to:

Weekly or group coaching calls

Community access
-
Templates, tools, and GPT systems
-
Implementation guidance
-
Call recordings
-
Live events included with membership
Attendance is encouraged but not required.
3. Payment Terms
We offer:
• Pay-in-Full payments
• Installment plans
• Subscription memberships
Installment Plans
Installment plans are payment convenience options and NOT financing agreements.
If you stop installment payments:
• Access may continue at our discretion
• You may cancel remaining payments at any time
• We do not send unpaid balances to collections
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
To cancel:
Reply to your welcome email or contact support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
4. Refund Policy
Courses, Books & Digital Products
We offer a 30-day unconditional refund.
Customers may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Coaching & Mastermind Programs
We offer a 14-day refund period.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of joining regardless of attendance or material usage.
Live Events
If you attend the first day of a live event and are not satisfied, you may request a refund.
Refund Processing
• Refund requests must be submitted via email.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• We absorb payment processor fees.
Refunds are not prorated.
5. Results Disclaimer & Performance Responsibility
Our programs provide education, strategies, and implementation support.
We do NOT guarantee specific income levels or business outcomes.
Client success depends on factors including:
• Effort
• Implementation
• Market conditions
• Advertising platforms
• Third-party tools
• Business experience
6. Performance Guarantee Addendum
Some programs may include performance guarantees.
Where applicable:
• Clients must reasonably implement strategies
• Clients must participate in coaching and support
• Clients must request support when needed
If clients meet participation expectations but do not achieve desired outcomes:
We may, at our discretion:
• Extend coaching
• Provide program credit
• Provide additional support
Guarantees are outcome-support focused rather than timeline-based.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All materials are proprietary intellectual property.
Buyers may:
✔ Use materials inside their own business
✔ Share materials with their internal team
Buyers may NOT:
✖ Resell
✖ Repackage
✖ Redistribute
✖ Teach using our proprietary systems without permission
✖ Use materials to directly compete with Company programs
8. Community Conduct Policy
We maintain professional learning environments.
Members may be removed for:
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Confidentiality violations
• Chargeback threats or misuse
• Disruptive conduct
If removal occurs:
• Access may be revoked
• Refunds may or may not be issued at Company discretion
9. Call Recording & Content Use
Program calls may be recorded.
By participating, you grant permission for:
• Educational reuse
• Training materials
• Marketing or testimonial use
We may share client wins, screenshots, or performance examples.
10. Support & Dispute Resolution
Customers agree to contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through support channels.
11. Chargeback & Fraud Protection
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:
• Account suspension
• Revocation of access
• Loss of bonuses or community access
We maintain records of:
• Course access
• Call attendance
• Communication history
• Login tracking
• Delivery confirmation
12. Business Opportunity Disclaimer
Our programs are educational and informational.
We do NOT offer:
• Guaranteed income
• Employment
• Business opportunity franchise models
Results vary widely between individuals.
13. Global Customers
Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations related to business and advertising activities.
14. Future Licensing, Certification & White Label Rights
Company may offer licensing or certification opportunities in the future.
Purchase of any program does NOT automatically grant licensing or certification rights.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Handling
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
If disputes arise:
• Parties agree to attempt mediation first
• If unresolved, arbitration may be used
16. Checkout Consent
By completing payment, you confirm that:

✔ You understand the refund policy
✔ You understand results depend on implementation
✔ You agree to billing terms and renewal policies
